Electronic Universal Testing Machine

HL 590

Electronic range of UTM’s are fast, accurate & simple to operate. In these machines load and displacement are displayed on the digital display unit or monitor in the respective engineering units. Digital display unit has RS 232/ USB connectivity to computer for real time transfer data to computer. When connected to computer online graph can be displayed on the screen. These machines are supported by windows based user friendly software which can store, retrieve readings as and when required.

Fully Automatic Servo Controlled Universal Testing Machine

HLC 591

The machine is based on Servo Hydraulic Closed Loop principle and fully computer controlled, operated through Windows based software with ease of operation. It is capable of carrying out all mechanical tests such as Tensile Strength, Proof Stress, Compression Test, Shear Test, Flexure test, Hardness test etc.

HLC-591 machines are similar in construction to HL-590 machines except for automatic pace setting based on servo hydraulic closed loop principle. In these series of machines the pace setting is achieved through a combination of advanced electronic and hydraulic system. Pacing speed is programmed through the software in selectable control modes and controlled by servo/proportional valve through PID controller.
